N-butylbenzenesulfonamide (NBBS) is a sulfonamide. It has been shown to exhibit anti-testosterone activity. It has a role as a neurotoxin and a plant metabolite. N-Butylbenzenesulfonamide is widely used as a plasticizer in polyacetals, polyamides, and polycarbonates and has been found in ground water and effluent from wastewater treatment sites.
